Advent Vega Android 2.2 Tablet
Expect some fresh things on android tablets? There we have Advent Vega Android 2.2 Tablet to talk about.
Android 2.2 tablets get more and more attention and search frequency. That’s natural. For most customers, they don’t care how soon the tablet manufacturers promise to upgrade android 2.1 to 2.2, they need ready Android 2.2 tablets, which means watching the videos on the internet, owing to the impressive flash support that only android 2.2 tablets can offer. How about the processor? Not bad one, Nvidia T20 Tegra 2 1GHz, quite different with many other same type of android tablets.
Does capacitive touch screen draw your attention a little? Whatever, it catches my eyeball a little bit. Another sort of screen, resistive touch screen, is much more common than capacitive one, which costs more and hence is less employed. The fact that capacitive touch screen is much more sensitive does not demonstrate that everyone likes capacitive touch screen more than resistive touch screen display. As for myself, I like resistive touch screen better, for it gives me sense of concreteness and reality when my fingers press gently on the screen. In addition, the resolution of Advent Vega Android 2.2 tablet is a little bit higher than the others.
I can’t help mentioning multi touch pinch-zooming support, a feature I like very much, which can bring users a lot of convenience and pleasure. I derive much fun when I alter the size of words and pictures through pinching and zooming.
The price, $349, is likely to prompt me to group Advent Vega with Samsung Galaxy and iPad, together, since only some business professionals can afford. For most of the common people, they may choose those most affordable android tablets, like some cherry pad android tablets ($188) or android tablets under $150.

Seem impressive. Android 2.2 tablets with flash support, the general trend.
The capacitive touch screen is not bad, sensitive than resistive touch screen. Generally speaking, it is not bad. But it is pricey, less affordable than other low price tablets.
The picture shows nothing, so how do I know whether it is good or not.
There are more and more android 2.2 tablets with flash support, but the effectiveness of most android 2.2 tablets are not so good. The this problem has to be solved. Show the public a real android 2.2 tablet.
The capacitive touch screen is not perfect, though it is more sensitive than resistive touch screen. When in the cold weather, the capacitive touch screen will not be able to work normally. I wonder about the flash support which is a great attraction for android 2.2 tablets.
Advent Vega Android 2.2 Tablet looks nice, maybe a powerful competitor for other android tablets, and android 2.1 nearly have no competition capacity.
Now is the competition of android 2.2 tablets with flash support.
thanks for the post
I cannot understand why advant vega pad does not obtain android market, maybe they have their reasons. But we have to say that it is still an android tablet. It is good that advant vega tablet has realised the price and shipment, much better than those announcement.
I agree however, I was told it probably is because 2,2 is fro phones and the vega has no sim card capability. I did manage to find pds viewer and office apps searching the web but woud like to find more.
If advent vega pad runs android 2.2, then it must support flash. I am wondering about the flash quality. That’s really important.Capacitive screen, nice! I like capacitive tablets. Except iPad, many major pads and tablets have resistive screen instead of capacitive screen.
Advent vega really has made a good try to have capacitive display. The capacitive screen is more sensitive but more costly. Ipad also has capacitive display, one factor to make it expensive than the android tablet pc. The more sensitive the touch screen is, the better. Android touch tablet is the general trend.
Hey, I can’t view your site properly within Opera, I actually hope you look into fixing this.
Can you tell me on what operating system and what version of your Opera is ?
I download the opera and test it, there seems no problems to visit my blog.
It seems that advent vega is a little different from other tablets. It really attracts people a lot when it has capacitive touch screen and run android 2.2, and does not need upgrade. But now it is said that android 3.0 Gingerbread is about out in December, and we may expect more android 3.0 tablets. HTC, lenovo, and Asus are waiting for android 3.0 for their tablets.
