iRobot Android 2.1 Tablet PC
This tablet pc is called “iRobot”, but I cannot figure out why a common android tablet has such a weird name. It really has nothing to do with a robot. It’s amusing and understandable to see so many android tablets contain wording like “i” or “pad”. Can’t it have a cool and creative name when there is still a long way to match iPad? Though Samsung Galaxy is arrogant, we have to admit it has a grand and brilliant name “Galaxy Tab”. Of course, the names of tablets are simply not my focus, but the tablet itself. Now let’s take a look at what the iRobot looks like.
This iRobot is powered by a 2 core processor and runs android 2.1, with 8’’ resistive touchscreen of 800*600 resolution, 256 RAM and 4 GB storage. There is a camera with for taking pictures and video chatting. It supports wifi and 3G.The ports include USB, TF card slot, speaker, earphone jacket.
On the whole, the specs are very normal and you can’t find much appealing. One thing that might deserve attention is the E-book reading experience. Since the background is high definition LED, which facilitates reading a lot. You can swipe gently when you turn to the previous page or next page, and it make feel that you are really turn a paper page.
