NEC MEDIAS N-04C
Slimmer, lighter and broader would be features that the smartphone designers work on. That’s why we keep witnessing one and another phone to pop out and refresh the record of being the thinnest smartphone. From 8.7mm thick Sony Ericsson LT15i to newly launched 8.49mm thick Samsung i9100 Galaxy S2, those smartphones keep proving to us that how slim a smartphone can be. Up till now, we know that a smartphone can be as slim as 7.7mm.
This 7.7mm thick NEC MEDIAS N-04C is unveiled by Japanese carrier NTT DOCOMO today. Based on android 2.2, NEC MEDIAS N-04C has a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen and a 5MP camera, a 800MHz processor, and 512MB RAM and 1GB ROM. It is slated to hit the market on March 15, offering black and white as color choices. In addition, it will most likely be upgraded to android 2.3 then.
Much as expect, NTT DOCOMO also launches Xperia Arc SO-01C (Japanese version of Sony Ericsson LT15i), which will show up on March 24, offering exclusively pink color and also general blue and grey colors.
