ZTE Tablet Z-pad
ZTE brings out its own two android tablets at MWC, ZTE Z-pad and V11 when many other major mobile makers, like HTC, Samsung, LG and etc, are engaged in flaunting their fabulous smartphones dazzling our eyes greatly. Not wanting to lagging behind, ZTE, the major provider of telecommunication equipments and network solutions, takes the step of Cisco and Huawei, which have launched their own tablets Cius and Ideos S7 respectively.
The 7 inch android tablet, Z-pad, is not so impressive in terms of its specs compared with so many awesome tablets we have seen. Though powered by a dual-core processor, Z-pad comes with a CPU frequency of only 600MHz, which decreases its appeal significantly. Many users would prefer a single core with high CPU frequency instead of a dual core with low frequency. Z-pad runs android 2.1 and come with a touchscreen with 800*480 pixels of resolution. As for the connectivity, it sports EVDO/HSPA 3G network as well as 802.11b/g of Wifi. A battery of 4700 mAh and many other integrated apps may be selling points.
ZTE V11 stores much better configuration compared with Z-pad. It is packed a 1.2 GHz processor, android 3.0, 10-inch touchscreen with 1280*800 resolution, 5 MP of rear camera and 1.3 front-facing camera, USB port, 6800 mAh battery, 802.11 b/g wifi, GPS, bluetooth, and working on 4G network.

ZTE V11 Android 3.0 Tablet
Though configuration of the tablets is not an advantage for ZTE, it can make up by providing better service for network solution, which will also attract a group of customers.

It would be great if prices are also anounced
i agree with most comment here. i got a feeling it is those hardware manufacturers that are layering all these things so that they can charge higher margins >>
Imo they are veering towards 1500 bucks tablets which was why Microsoft failed in the first place!
I hope the consumers let them know they are wrong in a big way. at this price point give me the iPad 2 any day.
