We take it as granted that the best ratio for 7-inch tablet PC is 16:9 and 8 inchers 4:3, but have you ever seen a 7 incher with a ratio of 4:3? Well, that would be something of my great interest since I have a compulsive obsession for ration 4:3 and I would like that this ratio find its way on a portable 7 inch tablet PC. Now here it comes, Yuandao N10, which confounds me at first sight but enthralls me with my increasing familiarity with it.

Yuandao N10 features with a 1 GHz dual-core RK2918 CPU, android 2.3, 512 MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, a 7 inch capacitive five-finger touch display … Continue

Chuwi J4 wifi

Odds are that you may have seen not a few smartphones of 4.3 inch but rarely see a tablet with such a size. Though utterly portable, a 4.3-inch tablet can hardly win the heart of customers, which is unable to deliver comfortable performances like net surfing, video watching or games playing due to obvious reason. Apparently, Chuwi thinks this differently. J4Wifi, the newly-leaked product of Chuwi, majorly a music player manufacturer, is going to set a record of minimum size for tablet PCs.

Up till now little info about the specs of Chuwi J4Wifi is known to the public, except that J4Wifi will come with Android 2.3, a mainstream level of CPU and DDR 2, good … Continue

The feature of video conferencing has been the long-awaited expectation of android tablet users, who hope that the front-facing camera is not just a negligible ornament but means something. Now Ramos’s strategic partnership with wireless development division of Tencent has brought this into reality and the first fruit they jointly generate is to enable Ramos W12, an android 2.3 tablet, to do video chat.

The 8 inch Ramos W12 is powered by Rockchip 2918 processor, which somehow corresponds an unnamed RK2918-based tablet capable of QQ video chat spotted on the Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2011. But the looks of the two render this presumption impossible. Ramos W12 takes a unique design with curved lines on … Continue
